JEANS

Italian Denim

Our denim is woven in Italy using 100% cotton and natural indigo.
We offer our jeans in 3 washes:
Porto: Our signature stone wash.
Lagos: A creamy ecru salt wash.
Black Rinse: Black warp & weft with a gentle rinse.
We recommend only washing your jeans when absolutely necessary. Why? Because denim is a natural product that evolves with wear. We intentionally left out whiskering or fading in our washes because we think it's way cooler to let it happen naturally. These marks and nuances are part of the story of your jeans and should be embraced. Sometimes washing can take away the special characteristics you worked so hard to form. If you'd like to wash, please use a natural denim wash and wash by hand in cold water, inside out. The Lagos wash might need more frequent washing (they are white, after all) but please avoid using bleach. Always line-dry your jeans, if you would like them to soften after washing you can toss them in the dryer after they are completely dry.

Linen

Our linen is a lovely loose weave with exceptional body and drape.
This 100% linen was selected because of it's natural characteristics. This fabric wrinkles, creases and moves in a way a synthetic fabric only wishes it could. This fibre is very breathable and durable, but please take care when washing. We recommend hand washing when possible. If you'd rather machine wash, use cold water and the gentle cycle on these items. We use a garment dye process in order to achieve the intentional vintage look and feel. Any inconsistencies in the fabric are meant to be embraced as the natural characteristics of the material. Always line-dry linen; once the garment is completely dry, feel free to toss it in the dryer to loosen any deep creases. Iron on low heat with care.

Italian Cotton

Our 100% cotton yarn is spun in Italy using centuries-old techniques.

The structure of this yarn is perfect for the beautiful moss stitch used on these items. While cotton is commonly found in most closets, these knit tops take a little more care than your average t-shirt. Please remove all jewellery before handling any knitwear. Snags are a drag. Hand wash with like-colours and lay flat to dry. Keep in mind that the armhole was designed to sit low so washing can be as infrequent as possible. You can fold and put these babies away after wear instead of tossing them in the hamper. Life hack: Most odours can be removed using steam.

Silk Noil

Our silk noil was developed as a signature fabric from our partners in Los Angeles. The combination of 80% silk 20% cotton has the beautiful drape of silk with the added stability of cotton. We have used a garment-dye process on this fabric to achieve a vintage look and feel. Any inconsistencies in the weave should be embraced as part of the natural characteristics of the natural fibres. Please wash using cold water and mild detergent on the gentle cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry.
