Looking to give your Decades a new life? Whether your measurements have changed or you're just ready for a fresh pair, our consignment program is the perfect place to do it. We love circular fashion in this house.

Please note: Decade Consignment is only available at the Vancouver store at this time.

What We Accept:

• Decade jeans from any season, as long as they’re clean and ready to wear.
• Items from other categories (apparel, footwear, jewelry, and accessories), provided they are made from natural fibres, in good wearable condition, and seasonally appropriate.
• We prioritize pieces from independent brands that align with our brand ethos, and we love vintage!

What We Don’t Accept:

• Denim from any brand other than Decade.
• Any items made using primarily synthetic fibres.

Additional Notes:

• We reserve the right to refuse any item submitted.
• Items are priced based on wear/condition at our discretion.
• Consignors will be contacted to collect all items unsold after 60 days on the shop floor. If unclaimed within 14 days of notification, they will be donated to the Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre.

Payout Details:

• Vendors have the option to receive 50% of the selling price as cash or 60% as store credit.
  
• Decade will collect and remit sales taxes on behalf of vendors. Vendor payouts are exclusive of tax.
• Payouts for the previous month's sales are processed on the first Friday of each month. Cash payouts are issued via e-transfer and store credit is issued via gift cards. If a security question is required for an e-transfer, the answer will be “decade.”

Drop-Off Instructions:

You're welcome to drop-off your consignment items anytime during shop hours. We'll ask you to complete a short submission form to ensure accurate tracking of your items.

Submitted items are evaluated every Friday and we will inform you via email if any items are not accepted. Items that are not accepted will be held for pickup for 14 days, after which they will be donated to the Downtown Eastside Women's Centre.
